DailyTX Lovely papaya pairing! How many ML’s are you working with? Also, what have you been brewing in them?
@TeaTotaling
Those papayas are about 200 ml. The old one has used a few time with puerh. The lid fit is not that good, so it’s not one of my regular pots. However, it’s a good pot to learn about F1 craftsmanship

@Bok Thanks :) The tray is made from an old apricot tree from my mom's garden.

I've been going one pot, 2 cups for d past week too.... been too busy to sit down for a proper session.... but this is very enjoyable too in it's own capacity. One pot, from morning to evening. Just refill hot water.... hahaha....

Cheers!!

Nice pot there! In particular the carving is very lively and captivating. From the 50's?

What do you all brew in those big pots? I have only found success with shu puerh due to being a very forgiving tea and it can sit there all day. I use a beer mug instead of my tea cups :lol:

Literarily anything. It doesn't need to steep for hours. I don't say it's always a great success or the best way to brew this or that tea, but often it reveals a different aspect of the tea. Usually the brew is sort of more full and rounded. In fact it's quite satisfying just to pour tea out of big pot for a change. :D

Some big papayas! I really enjoy pots north of 200ml, aka Party Pots 🎈 🥳 🎈
