I’m interested in purchasing a Jianshui teapot, what types of tea do you feel pair best with this type of clay?

A friend has a pair of Jianshui pots dedicated to pu-erh. One for sheng, another one for shou, but he says they can be used for all teas. He swears by them and tells me that they are are made from clay sourced from the region where puerh tea trees grow. I really liked what he served me as well as the quality of the clay, which is quite dense, so I am now considering getting one as well.

I use mine for Hong cha. since it is not very porous clay I occasionally brew some shou in it too.
