I order a healthy sampling of Tea Encounters 2019 line up and next month Yiwu Mountain Tea. I've been so enamored with Essence of Tea raw puerh I almost ignored my own wishlist.

@klepto
I still haven’t tried any of EoT 2020 lineup because I’ve spent all my tea budget on Yiwu Mountain Tea 😆

Hi there!

Anyone have a review of teas from farmer leafs 2020 lineup?
Jakkambuna has quite in depth reviews/tasting notes on his instagram account.

Anyone have any recommendations for a late 90's - 2003 puer cake that's less than ~$600 USD?
I'm halfway through 2001 Menghai Tea Factory 7432 from Teas We Like (quite happy with the tea for the price) and should start researching my next conquest before I run out.

The only important criteria is that I don't think I'm really a fan of camphor tasting notes.

Has anyone ever tried the 2011 Xiaguan Huang Jin Yun from Liquid Proust? He's a sale going on and I think it fits with what I'm looking for - slightly aged sheng that is ready to drink now, but can also be aged for 5-10 years. Any thoughts?

Has anyone tried any of the aged puer from Taiwan Sourcing? I posted about it on Reddit and didn't get much - they have some interesting looking stuff

I actually don't have much experience with Taiwan stored raw - I have an order of the Nanqiao Bulang King from TWL, so I'm looking forward to trying that. I'm on the lookout for sampling/buying mid-aged sheng (>12 years old) to ensure I have a good stock of aged puer in 10-15 years.

Taiwan storage is usually done well if maintained properly. I have a lot of stuff stored there that taste really fine to me. Not as wet as the mainland can be.

Does anyone have recommendations for a good maocha vendor? Preferably with some variety. I was hoping to buy from KTM but unfortunately John was only able to source one maocha this spring (and wasn't too hopeful of more coming in).
