When my tea journey began in the 1980s, I knew the box my SeaDyke TKY came in, and that's the only way I knew to identify a tea I would like. My dad learned about that one from a friend, and he shared it with me, and I kept buying it. Occasionally I tried a different package of tea, and was always disappointed: I don't know how much was seriously inferior tea, or my ignorance about brewing; I prepared gunpowder and flat leaved greens like the TKY, long single steeps with boiling water. It was only after a long period of having trouble finding those red boxes in all my local Asian markets that I finally started to branch out, and found some online resources and pointers to vendors and sites about tea, and a few good books that helped me begin to truly appreciate fine tea. Up to that point, though, it was all about the box, to be reassured that what was inside was the right stuff.

Tea price 4000 dollars. Considering this price which is average price for li shan tea. Still a good deal as this price cannot buy dayuling tea.
