From the pure and unblemished beauty of Lishan’s Black Forest.

In 1995, my father planted the first tea shrub in Lishan region. Since then, father’s tea has encouraged me to move forward. In the Slamaw tribe, the Black Forest has guarded the land and flourished lives. Purity is our mission; sustainable nature is our faith. Kumy delivers the pure nectar of Lishan’s Black Forest.

Tea is a precious gift from God, so the best quality of tea is limited in quantity. We realized this principle, so we respect the nature totally. We harvest according to the laws of nature.
If God wanted us to have less harvest, we let the tea trees and land rest more. We do our best to balance between gives and gains. Such aspiration has been our golden rule for the past, now, and the future.

When external changes became dramatic, our beliefs remain solid and firm. Even though the global climate changes drastically, the Mother Nature heals herself naturally.
Respect the Mother Nature is the only way of our cultivation. Our tea is tested in SGS lab every harvesting season.

Honorary, we are awarded Two Star in iTQi in 2016. This award brings Taiwan’s Lishan tea to international recognition. Silent yet affectionate

In Taiwan, it is not legal to grow tea above 2500 metres.

Eson tea

9th Floor, No. 106, Section 2.....
Jason, You give a lot of details. I don't quite get it. Sounds like you are a vendor, but you are in Singapore & you point people to Taiwan.....

Anyway, information is always nice; &, as a vendor/member who often mentions the same teas that I sell, I cannot mind anyone "laying it on thick". I just wish you would talk about flavors you pick up when drinking a tea, more than declaring teas' status & prices. Cheers

It’s more like it is pointless to share it in this way:

- Taiwanese vendors might not speak English well enough to communicate with foreign customers

- they might not be set up or willing to sell internationally

- the prices won’t be the ones mentioned for sure as those are local retail and can not be sustainable for international orders

- apart from “good tea” no conclusive testimony on each vendor, so who would blind order? It’s like copying Taiwan’s yellow pages onto here...

Would be more constructive to have tasting notes or a proper review. Like this it’s a waste of your own time with no real use for anyone else.

Being that much of the Gaoshan aimed at western buyers is not what it claims to be, I am very glad to see this list.
Thanks for sharing. I have purchased from several of these, and they were all good. Looks like I have a few more to try and track down.
It would be pretty great if you could say "this is some of the best Li Shan ive had"
