Yuja tea (유자차)

A Korean favorite that is also popular in Japan, made from a type of citrus peel. The standard way of encountering it is as a marmalade-like concentrate -- just add hot water. 
Does anyone have any experience with this herbal tea? Has anyone made it from scratch?
