This seems really interesting! Do you just put the wood cubes in the water and let it steep normally or is there a certain technique that you use? What's the flavor like?

This is a Czech herbal medicine, though I'm not sure if you're meant to drink it regularly, seems like it would be pretty astringent.

Ingredients: Cornflower (Continus coggygria).

Action: Rujevina plant is used externally for hair loss, sweating of the feet. It is good for vaginal washing, bath, gargling. Rujevina helps with: canker sores, bad breath, stomatitis, gum inflammation. Often one of the main ingredients is toothpaste or mouthwash. A bath with rhubarb has a positive effect on hemorrhoids, and it is often used for secretions as well, through internal washing of the mucous membrane. Rujevina is one of the most effective plants when it comes to skin irritations such as eczema, wounds, ulcers, swellings.

Preparation: Place two large spoonfuls of shredded Rujevina bark in 1 liter of cold water. Cook for 5-8 minutes and then strain. Gargle or gargle 3 times a day for one cup.

For baths or compresses, a slightly stronger tea is made from 50g of the plant and 2 liters of boiling water. Boil for 20 minutes, strain. Let it stand for another hour and pour it into the bathtub.

Warning : Rujevina plant is not recommended for internal use. As well as pregnant and lactating women.
