How to distinguish the quality of Jin Junmei?
Appearance: The authentic Jinjun eyebrow cord is well-proportioned and tightly knotted. The color of each tea bud cord is mostly black, slightly golden yellow, and less fluffy. Most of the dried Jinjunmei teas from Waishan are golden-yellow in color and have a lot of fluff. Or the black strands are mixed with other strands that are completely golden, so that people can see at a glance that they are blended with different varieties of tea from different regions.

Brewing method: Heat the brewing water to 100°C, and directly brew Jinjunmei, which can easily distinguish the true and false Jinjunmei. The authentic Jinjunmei raw materials are harvested from Wuyishan National Nature Reserve at an altitude of 1200-1500 meters. Its slow growth cycle makes it resistant to high temperature and brewing. It can be brewed continuously for more than 12 bubbles, with stable quality and aroma of soup. continued. The imitation Jin Junmei has a great change in color, and soon loses the aroma and thickness of water after two or three soaks.

View the soup color: The soup color of authentic Jin Junmei after brewing with boiling water should be golden yellow, crystal clear and high in clarity. Imitation Jin Junmei soup is red and muddy after being brewed in boiling water, which is close to the color of ordinary Lapsang Souchong, and is unstable, and the soup color changes greatly.

Smell the aroma of tea: The authentic aroma of Jin Junmei is a natural combination of floral, fruity and honey aromas, which lasts for a long time. The imitation Jinjunmei is mostly pure sweet potato or pyrotechnic incense, and some of the honey-flavored ones have no aroma after three or four soaking, and most of them are added non-tea substances.

Taste: authentic Jin Junmei is fresh and sweet in the mouth, sweet in the water, fragrant in the sweetness, and has a lasting alpine charm. The imitation Jin Junmei has a thin, astringent taste in the mouth, with a pocky mouth and a thick tongue.
