New white vs. Old White Tea. Which do you prefer and why?

I'll start.
I prefer new white tea. I am generally a fan of lighter flavors, but I also find new white tea to be more complex and aromatic.
Aged white tea can also be good, but often I find it to be a little dry and dull. To me good aged white tea tastes of bread, while the majority of aged white tea seems like like bark.
