Have u ever tried an Alishan white tea? For me was the first time...warm notes but also with a great freshness!

Did it have sort of Apple notes and a reddish tea soup? That is what I got in the past from TW white teas.

No It didn't. I find the sweet Apple note when I drink Alishan or Lishan oxidated around 30%. You can see the liquor colour in the last picture....complex to describe...a little bit brown/orange...
