Jinggu Xue Ya is a type of Chinese white tea made from the Da Bai and Shui Xian tea plant varietals. It is typically made using young buds and leaves, and does not usually contain twigs. However, the exact composition of the tea can vary depending on the specific processing techniques used by the tea maker.

"Xue Ya" actually means "Snow Buds" in Chinese. Mostly it indeed consists of buds and small leaves, otherwise it wouldn't live up to its name.
