Anyone here ever tried to cold-brew dancong? How did you do it?
Every time I drink young fresh dancong I can't help thinking how delicious it might be if served cold with ice...

No, but I have some at home that I've been meaning to cold brew for the past few days... maybe i'll get around to it tonight. Will let you know my thoughts when I do.

I tried an iced Dancong before and it's delicious. Never tried to make it by cold brewing though.

How did you make it? my reason for asking about cold brewing is just to avoid the bitterness that cooling sometimes generates..

I experiment yesterday with 4-5g of Xing Ren Xiang in 0.5-liter bottle full of water and let it sit overnight. It is tasty this morning but very gentle. The flavors come out but rather weakly...

For good cold brew you need about 15 g. of tea per L. of water. Overnight in the fridge. Don't remove the leaves.
