Anyone here ever tried to cold-brew dancong? How did you do it?
Every time I drink young fresh dancong I can't help thinking how delicious it might be if served cold with ice...

No, but I have some at home that I've been meaning to cold brew for the past few days... maybe i'll get around to it tonight. Will let you know my thoughts when I do.
For good cold brew you need about 15 g. of tea per L. of water. Overnight in the fridge. Don't remove the leaves.
