One serves to brew, one functions as a pitcher! Like this you can season two pots at the same time
What Pu'er Are You Drinking
Having some 2004 nan jian phoenix aroma that was included as a sample in my teapals order.
Strong tea, dont want to imagine drinking it young, strong camphor and aged out smoke, very pleasant, think I'm going to do an overnight steep to finish the session.

Dinji yesheng Yqh while I listen to some nice Brazilian music. This tea is really excellent all around. Very strong sweetness in mouth and throat after drinking a cup, and strong salivation sans astringency. If brewed heavy in early steeps, in this session atleast, it can get a bit sour, but brewed lightly and its just pure raisin sweetness. This one I don't have often but really enjoy when I do.

Today for the morning session had the 2011 Zhongcha 7541. Seems like for this tea my qsn removes the bitterness in mouth leaving a nice mouth cooling effect and a bitterness in the throat like with porcelain where it makes tingling, similar to wanting to gulp without nothing to eat. Also still has that young character with a nice floral taste, more subtle, but makes it better to drink.
2008 Green Peacock sheng pu'er from Essence of Tea, generously gifted to me by tingjunk.
I am brand new to pu'er. I brewed this in a lovely 60ml Factory 2,dark zini (looks almost like hei ni) shui ping that I bought from tingjunkie for a song. He generously included a sample of this tea along with the teapot.
What a fabelous introduction to pu'er. Beautiful notes of parchment, unsweetned fortune cookie, camphor, narcissis. The contrast between intense but elegant minerality and thick mouth coating was surreal. The energy of the tea was incredible. This tea seemed to go on for ever...not diminishing in any sense until the last brew or so ( 9 or so..lost count).
Thank you tingjunkie for such a beautiful once in a life time tea gift, especially since this tea is no longer available from Essence of Tea. Thank you for such a deal on the F2 pot...really a steal if you ask me
