Hi All,

Easy to find info on 1000kg batches but finding info on smaller 'piles' has been tough. Will be attempting ripe processing using maocha in the 20-30kg range. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks for the tips and I am currently talking with Valerii. What an amazing resource! I didn't think artisanal shou was even possible. Hopefully I can learn enough to start something.

Paul from White2Tea is also in on the small-batch hustle.

Edit: Don't remember where I got this info, but there are a number of different ways of doing small-batch, with the basket method apparently not necessarily being the best.
