Japanese method brewing roasted kukicha

Hallo everybody.
By following the japanese method, I should put 5g roasted kukicha / 180 ml boiling water and the extraction time is 30/60 second. (Is it right?)
But if I want to brew 1L tea (at the same time), should I use 27.7 g leaves? I find it too much 😬
