今週二番茶関係土曜迄出勤
Finishing a nice and long work week with a cup of Kamairicha.
Making the cup is calm and relaxing.
The smiles of those you offer to, priceless.

How was the flavor on this Kamairicha? The ones I’ve had are nutty with a subtle dry mouth astringency, but no bitterness. Love the coma/apostrophe shape that comes from the way they commonly knead and roll after pan frying this type of tea in Japan.
I do love Kamairicha, my fave’s from IKKYU Tea , it’s ‘ shino’ from Ureshino , Saga prefecture, the smoky sweet nougat and fruity taste is absolutely delicious the color is like astonishing liquid gold !
