Akatsuki from The Tea Crane.

Prepared with 3g, 60ml at 80 ºC. Found it delicious.

Unfortunately I can not taste it as koicha, my body would not take it kindly :|

Koicha or usucha, seems like it was too delicious to pause and take a photo of the prepared matcha. That happens to me a lot too!

Matcha this morning....still have a comfortable quantity of the Fukujuen matcha from last fall, because I'm using it up slowly.
