Akatsuki from The Tea Crane.

Prepared with 3g, 60ml at 80 ºC. Found it delicious.

Unfortunately I can not taste it as koicha, my body would not take it kindly :|

Koicha or usucha, seems like it was too delicious to pause and take a photo of the prepared matcha. That happens to me a lot too!

Today, more wonderful Tsuen matcha (the stuff has great staying power in that tightly sealed little canister), enjoying in the Flower of Forgetfulness.

Today my foam was better than usual, and so was the matcha:

Since the long-ago-ordered tetsubin arrived a few weeks ago, I treat myself with a nice setting for a very casual matcha.
