@YeeOnTeaCo
Wow!!
Could you perhaps elaborate a bit on the differences between the 'cellar stored' teas and the teas stored in your professional warehouse? I am assuming that 'cellar stored' would refer to 'dey-chong', sorry for my poor transliteration into Cantonese??

@vuanguyen Hiya there... Have you aired out the sample? If there's any left I strongly suggest you flake and air it for at least a week before going back to it...
By any chance do you have pictures of the brewed leaves?

Re: Tea and Gut Health
oh yes you're right, i missed out on the word cured when i was talking about such foods from the western pantheon... you can't really ferment meat after all.... but curing does make it more easy to digest, unless you eat a ton of bacon each day, which I'd love to do... sorry about the confusion, but...

Teashops...
After a couple months of being part of this very active, exciting and expressive global tea drinking community, I've come to appreciate how diverse our tea universes are, in particular with procurement of tea, and specifically Chinese tea types... Being in Asia, myself and my peers such as OCTO , Bo...

And by fermented, things like ham, bacon, smoked salmon, dry aged beef... All good... Especially when combined with more fermen...

Re: Yixing
After a late night session of some puerh that was not as expected I tried out my filtered water through an F1 yixing teapot and a regular glass cup. The yixing teapot for the short period of time I had in which was like 30 second made the water soft and round. The glass cup water was sharp, nasty c...

15 year old Oriental Beauty... Nothing to say, pure bliss, good price , good tea... Hitting it hard at USD185/KG... Better than anything new really... Old tea taste, powerful Qi, aroma and flavour that linger forever... Reminds me of what @Bok gave me....
