Here is a super foamy matcha I achieved with a little trick. It’s not made with a chasen but by adding a tablespoon matcha to a cup of milk in the Nespresso milk-foam maker with some sugar

The tea is Yingpan shan 2019 from Farmer Leaf, I think it’s one of the best Chinese black teas I’ve ever had.

Nice chawan, and the tea you mention from Ocha is good, I have tried it recently.

The one on the picture is two weeks ago, first time I have matcha at Kinkakuji even if I must have been at least 10 times there
