Re: Combining Tea with other Interests

Depends on what I'm up to! I try to pair the teas I'm drinking with the hobby or thing I'm doing. If it happens to be writing for work, it'll be something tasty but not anything I have to pay attention to. Frequently though, I find myself playing video games while gongfuing, same as Shine. If it is ...

How deep baked/roasted was the alishan tieguanyin from thetea.pl? They describe it as a dark roast, but is it so dark roasted as the Floati...

Re: gaiwan or teapot?

I think something about the sharp beak on houhins I find deeply unpleasant to look at. Much rather have a shiboridashi...kyusu look sort of funny to me with the side handle even though I get why others would like it.

So many are exceptional, that I’m happy he keeps experimenting. Yes, the passion and drive to improve is important. He is still young, I think he is still searching the best way to do things for him. Let's see what's coming in the future! So far I still think his bread and butter signature tea are ...

Never looking back What kind of tea do you drink? White (fresh and aged) Taiwanese oolongs, dancong, younger sheng, shou, se...
