I went a little overboard with tea shopping, and would like to downsize my collection. Here are some items I'd like to put on sale 1. Ma Bao -- a 90s Liu Bao via Chanting Pines, 150g bag (unopened) 2. Fu Lu Yuan Cha 2012 - sheng puerh 25g bag (sealed) 3. Chen Ju Fang's Da Bin Hu teapot - 50ml Diamon...

Hong Yin & Lan Yin are gone. There's still Wangong left and I'm happy to do a smaller portion of 25g for $30 a pop.

Just realized I've been selling these at loss because I got the conversion rate wrong and forgot to add shipping from Taiwan :oops: Anyway, only a few portions left. But I'd need to update the price: Lan Yin -> $30 and Hong Yin -> $38. Wangong -> $60. Cheers! These are not bad teas by any means. I'm...

While I’m not particularly taken by YQH’s stuff, their puerh is legit and Emmett is trustworthy. Of course, it’s very understandable why one might feel uncomfortable about the whole puerh scene...

I sampled many (bought samples, drank at tea stores, drank at tea houses), and prefer the flavors and body feels of particular boutique labels over the others

@debunix Yeah...doesn't look like puerh at all. Do you enjoy the tea on its own merit though?

Had my last serving of some Spring 2019 Chawangshu this morning. Wonderful tea!

I am puzzled why they are calling it puerh, when their description suggests that they were not trying for an earthy flavor, which is one of the nicer and more grounding aspects of puerh for me. Hmm...I'm pretty sure that the current official definition of Puerh (per the Chinese government) requires...

Had Gaoshan gushu 2018 and 2019 on consecutive days. The sweetness was more pronounced in the older cake.
I then switched gear to Qing Teng for a late afternoon treat. It was decent, but failed to remind me of why I purchased a cake of it...
