You can find non-branded versions on ebay for pretty cheap ($2 or so for a set of 8 of various sizes), although nothing less than 12cm. Just search something like "seal stick storage". Shipping is likely to take a month or two though.

In this case what does organic mean? Does it mean simply not using any pesticides, or does it mean more of the US type definition, where you can use pesticides, but "organically" approved ones.

Looks pretty new to me, based on the shininess of the glaze and whiteness of the porcelain. The blue has a purpleness to it too, usually pointing to late Qing/Republic but the base doesn't look correct for that period.

It does appear to be hand painted though.
