Two Hongnis. Very similar in every detail. Both around 75ml. Both made in the early/late 90s, outside the factory. Both have been in use for a couple of years and developed a decent patina. How porous is this clay?
Comparable to what? zini? hongni? porcelain?

The yancha I drink daily retails for about $0.25/g to $0.5/g. I'm happy with it. As some here have noted lately, its not too hard to find high end yancha. A more or less reliable seller and $1/1g usually means you are likely to get what you paid for (that is only my personal experience but have a feeling its more or less true generally). Taobao should have those in the hundreds. Make sure you get something soft in between pot and the tray though... accidents do happen! The good stuff on TaoBao is quite expensive while the rest seems kinda kitsch. Though, as OldWaysTea said, I prefer to order from a vendor that has safer shipping op...
