Re: Oolong Vendor Topic

Yes, Victoria, I forgot 2016 had especially good O.B. I did not realize that it has been a while since I had some O.B. that was like some I got back then. Dresden, you might check sites of respected members of the forum here, choffman & tillerman. They might have some. Ethan, Thank you for the info...

Re: Oolong Vendor Topic

I'd be very interested in hearing what everyone's favorite vendor for quality Bai Hao from either Hsinschu or Miaoli County would be. It is by far one of my favorites.

Re: Vacuum sealers?

I haven't really vacuum sealed anything but if I know I am going to be storing something for a while I usually use Private Reserve Wine Preserver. It is an aerosol can of inert gasses that displace the oxygen. Closes thing I have on hand to nitrogen flushing.

Re: SHINCHA 2019!

I still have not picked up any shincha yet this year. I will most likely order some of the 20th anniversary ocha shincha based on what I've heard about it... Along with my normal Yutaka Midori of course.

Re: Water Water Everywhere... What’s Your Water?

Perhaps I'm being too much of a simpleton when it comes to water, but honestly I usually just fill my Zojirushi with the artesian spring water that I normally drink. Usually either Kentwood, Abita Springs or Ozarka.

For me it is most definitely deep steamed.

That fuka just calls out to me with it's sweet, velvety, murky swamp water goodness.

Re: Introduce Yourself

Very good memory Victoria! Yes, I did end up finishing my Masters in Mathematical Statistics. I got hired as a statistician and moved to Nashville, TN in late 2013 (Shout out to Jenny at Music City Tea). I lived in a suburb of Nashville until early 2017 when the company I work for presented me the o...

Re: Introduce Yourself

Hello Ladies and Gents, Just a quick hello. It has been quite some time since I posted anything in any tea forums. Honestly, my last period of regular posing was all the way back in 2012, although if I recall correctly the last correspondence i had was with Victoria a few years back. I do recognize ...
