Re: Swap puerh tea samples/partial cakes in Thailand ? (for example, WTS 2004 Hong Tai Chang Raw Pu-erh)

I would like to swap/buy/sell small amounts of tea (20 to 150 grams) only inside Thailand.
I am not willing to deal with overseas shipping and its potential issues right now.

Swap puerh tea samples/partial cakes in Thailand ? (for example, WTS 2004 Hong Tai Chang Raw Pu-erh)

Hi, I live in Thailand and I am willing to exchange samples with anyone interested. I am not selling teas, the idea would be to swap teas by EMS (or in person if you live in Chiang Mai). I've recently skipped sampling, and bought whole cakes of tea... blind... While none of the tea I bought is bad, ...

Re: How important is organizing by smell in a pumidor?

Do you think each type of hei cha need to be stored independently ? I'm on the team "all sheng in the same box", but maybe I go too far: - I'm storing a brick of Liu-an with raw puerh - I'm storing 20 years old ripe puerh with 1 year old ripe puerh - I'm planning to store Anhua dark teas with ripe ....

Re: What HeiCha are you drinking

I'm drinking Bitterleaf "Gold Dust", my first fu brick experience. I really enjoyed the first 4 steeps, honey filled, balanced with an almost immediate cha qi... Nice. I also enjoyed the next steeps, although I was a bit less impressed - maybe I don't brew it properly. I don't have any reference and...

Re: Puer identification

Second unrelated identification request : a friend has puerh he doesn't drink, (wrapped in plastic in an apartment in Thailand). I'd be interested to buy but he doesn't remember any relevant information about the tea, and he won't let me sample his cakes. The idea is to guess a rough price, to see ...

Re: Puer identification

Ludovitche; the first tea you post says 小青柑 Xiǎo qīng gān , which means « little green tangerine ». I can’t read all the characters because of the quality of your picture, maybe you can post a better one. I’ve tried some of these citrus tea from Yunnan Sourcing but I don’t think it was high end qua...

Re: Puer identification

Thank you for the answer. I know and love all these vendors, and I'm fine with their regular puer - I just happen to be quite specific about orange tea. Actually I can live without orange tea, but it allows me to drink with people who don't appreciate puer - and to have some diversity in what I drin...

Puer identification

Hi, If anyone could help me with the identification of a few puer teas, it would be awesome. The first tea I'd like to ask about is a gift I received, and I will probably want to buy more - but I didn't find where to buy it. I've tried orange puer from quite a few vendors such as W2T, YS, Teasenz......

Re: Introduce Yourself

My name is Jean-Nicolas, I am French but I live now in Chiang Mai, Thailand. How long have you been drinking tea? One year, I'm new to tea. I thought tea was only tea bags and flavored tea, didn't like any of it... Then I tried puerh and was immediately hooked. What kind of tea do you drink? I'm a p...
