Why would it be such a task for anyone to share how they typically brew tea? Why? Because I brew different teas differently at different times according to what time, what tea, what brewing options are available, and how I will be drinking the tea. Some examples... I bought a variety of blacks from Yatra tea and I’m finally opening them....just in time for the opening of sparkling tea season as the weather turns warm. This conversation makes me happy!

Beautiful. The blend is interesting: I’m trying to imagine the taste and thinking of rose water added to cinnamon in a rice pudding: if the floral and spice are delicately handled, should be as fine a taste as it is a fine vision.
