Re: What Pu'er Are You Drinking

Put ~25gr of 2008 bamboo stuffed sheng into glazed kyusu. I think that was two days ago, and suspect another overnight steep will do breakfast.

Re: Grandpa Amu making a Tea Table

I have revisited the video since reading the Roman workbench pdf and a bit about Christopher Schwarz.

The use of the bench is wonderful. I missed it whilst focusing on the sharp things and tea table.

Thank you bentz98125

Thanks for that Chip.

Always appreciated all the time and effort you put into TeaChat, sad to see it end the way it did.

2010 sticky rice sheng mini tuo. This a big crowd pleaser, I'm down to the last few tiny tuos.

Re: Bangladesh

He found these guys: kazitea.com

Drinking some organic orthodox loose leaf green tea, and have some of the oolong too. Interesting stuff, first thought on getting a whiff of the green tea was a strong bi lo chun character but the leaf is quite dark and the liquor has a bit of the red tea to it.

Bangladesh

I know pretty much nothing of tea in Bangladesh tea but it seems they produce quite a lot of it.

A good friend is back in Bangladesh for a while after many years and is keen to track down a little good quality home grown tea.

Any suggestions or pointers?

Re: Introduce Yourself

Hey Chip, glad to find you here. I spent a year or two mainly drinking my way through the stocks of tea I'd gathered. Mostly pu-erh but lots of other odds and ends, thought I was done a few times but kept finding sneaky stashes around the house. Got a kilo or so of cheap and cheerful tie guan yin, b...
