Re: Image Posting Tests

not sure exactly what info you're looking for, but i am not thrilled with phpBB in general, and i had to implement something myself to get basic image uploading to be not-terrible. images smaller than about 256K are stored untouched, so my auto-rotation thing won't even trigger on such images. v2 of...

Re: 116ml Jihong Glaze Qinghua Porcelain Journey to the West Cup

fyi, the .gif image format isn't really for reproducing photographs. it's for animations or sometimes logos (but png is better for logos).

you'll get much better image quality and lower filesize if you use .jpg

Re: A tea concept, please help?

i understand that these types of assignments exist that encourage outreach, and i am sympathetic. i've had to do plenty of nonsense in my day to make grades (especially in gen ed courses). however, i do not believe that this benefits the online tea community , and the survey is not even well thought...

i think your options may be to either roll the dice and keep using it or use it as a decoration only.

i'd just keep using it for tea.

welcome to the forum. this is a vendor's thread though.

if you have tea purchasing advice, maybe sharing in another thread would be more helpful/respectful?

Re: Req. assistance from tea experts (B/Tea: Darjeeling)!!

It turns out that you can't stack coupons, at least for this sale. However, I got a nice selection of FF and SF Darjeelings for around US$100. Looking forward to the Arya and Castleton offerings! i'm only aware of SECF23 , but it is possible to get more savings if you're a repeat customer. like you...

Re: Impossible to completely pour out water of kyUsu with stainless steel filter - normal or not?

maybe someone with more experience can chime in – i've never owned a kyusu with a stainless mesh filter. but this and many other kinds of what i call "functional issues" are common in pots of all price points. i personally greatly enjoy using pots that are functionally perfect, whereas others will s...
