Re: Adagio overtakes Steepster ?

Wow. 'un-American'? 'Illiberal'? WTF?

And great replies, Victoria--you were a lot nicer than I would have been in that situation.

Re: Adagio overtakes Steepster ?

lol, the statements from the Adagio rep: 'misconceptions about Teachat' and 'we would never remove any tasting notes or existing content from Steepster'. Yeah right, and if you believe that, I have a bridge to sell you ....

Re: Yixing

I will admit I do not generally think about Instagram when looking for yixing pots. Yinchen does have some nice ones. Are there any other studios using IG you would recommend?

Re: Yixing

hopeofdawn What kind of unusual are you looking for so I can keep one antenna tuned to it? Um ... I'll know it when I see it? ;) More generally--I guess I'm looking for pots that aren't just the standard classic shapes. Either they're new shapes/variations on the classics, or have well-done carving...

Re: Yixing

What kind of new designs are you thinking about? If you look at OCTO's teapot from another thread, that's quite contemporary :D Pretty much anything that's not the traditional shui ping, shi piao, xi shi and the like--I'm not looking for a particular design (anymore) so much an interesting new take...
