Harayama yabukita Sencha this morning, hand picked first flush 2024 from D Matcha. Excellent sencha with great color and very little bitterness.

I’ve just begun looking for a bofura to use over charcoal during the winter months when I have a fire going most days. Is anybody familiar with a good source of quality bofura? Also interested in what others may use as heat sources as I’m sure I’ll want to set up for alternatives to charcoal

Has anybody conducted a side by side comparison with the same tea using mumyoi and tokoname? Also interested if there is any information on compatibility of this clay with different tetsubin or bofura.
