Living remote in the highlands of Scotland the water is generally pretty good. However I still find that still(not mineral, i think there's a difference?!) water makes for a better tea. Will be trying a filter soon. Mineral water is pretty gawd awful. Still is water without bubbles, so not sparklin...

I love brewing various teas in my gaiwan at home, such as white teas, green, oolong, black etc. However I work/play outside a lot and sometimes just need a big mug of gulpable refreshing/calming tea, and a lot of the teas I have been collecting seem more suitable for savoring slowly.
