For example, the duty on oxidized or partially oxidized tea imported here from Taiwan is 0% and the VAT is 14%. So not too expensive an additional fee. In addition to that, there is a delivery fee, which at least for larger batches of tea is not too much either.

The tap water here is far too chalky to be useable and even filtering it by conventional means does little to nothing than kill water filters. That's true. Tap water quality is a relative concept. In several countries and regions, the quality of tap water is excellent. For example, in the place where I live, tap water is also groundwater.

Li Shan High Mountain Oolong Tea from Eco-Cha Teas. Not bad at all. I used 5g of tea per just under 100ml of near boiling water in the gaiwan.
