That depends on the tea itself. For example, Lipton is very strong, I could easily make 2 or 3 cups (~225ml of water each) of tea with one bag. Dilmah, on the other hand, felt pretty weak. I personally don't like to sweeten my teas since I find it detracts from the cup itself. When I make my tea, I'll usually just make it raw with other non sweetener additives such as lemon juice or milk.
