Hi there!
Please share treatises or notes about tea from the Song era. It may be in English or a modern Mandarin translation.
I found some, but they are most likely written in old Chinese and many English-Chinese translators refused to translate for me.
Thank you

Re: Georgean tea
During the time of the union - yes, every plantation. Now too, but not all, mostly mass producers, as in India. Small businesses probably use it too, but that's just my guess. Tea culture among Georgians is just emerging, despite the fact that they have been growing tea for a very long time. We are ...

Re: Georgean tea
My mother never drank Georgian tea in Soviet times. It was the tea to drink when there was nothing else to drink. She had the opportunity to buy Ceylon tea from speculators. The quality of Georgian tea was due to a disregard for the process of cultivation and production. Pesticides, chemicals and a ...

Re: How much tea is too much tea?
Hi guys! Since tea has the property of preventing the assimilation of iron, some vitamins, for example D, and other substances in the body, it is better to drink tea 40-50 minutes after eating. That is, after waiting for the body to absorb most of the necessary. Vitamin D and iron are very important...

Re: How do you consistently get Hui Gan?
Hello! I have been drinking different teas for 5 years now, mostly they were teas of dubious quality, albeit with a famous wrapper. Everything changed half a year ago when I managed to get 2 raw pu-erh cakes and some green tea from trees 400-450 years old. No wrapper, no company. It was a direct gif...

Re: CNNP Fake(?) Mistakes in Nei Piao
For example, Pu'er from Da Yi, which I recently drank, was very similar to the taste of soda (sodium bicarbonate). I poured vinegar into dry tea and it hissed. In the soviet union, the method of "improving tea" with the help of soda was widespread. Soda makes even clear tea darker and more aromatic...

Back in 04 - 07 or something around that , Zhong Cha brand was available for franchise kinda style with difference that there was no material check. Means you could purchase a 1000 wrapers with that design and press , pack into it whatever you want. So on market could be 2 identical wrappers but wi...
