I’ve been drinking tea for my whole life, but only gongfu tea for about 4.
I live in Australia. I like hongcha, Sheng puerh, white tea and oolong. I use both gaiwans and teapots. I’ve been reading this forum since 2022 and wanted to start posting more.

Has anyone found any particular luck with finding clay pairings for Hongcha (other than minimally altering clays)? I've seen some people use Nixing, but I didn't find the results of that enjoyable.
