Probably the kind that resembles yixing HongNi/ZhuNi. From what I gather, most Chaozhou red clay is labeled simply as red clay. Or maybe I’m missing something not able to read chinese. But is it safe to asume that a well fired Chaozhou pot is not rounding the tea much?

For those with experience, how would you compare/where would you put Chaozhou red clay on this chart?

Did anyone try lapsang from Hojo? How does it compare to other shops mentioned so far in this thread?

I've had Lapsang souchong wild and Shui Di xiang.. They are good teas, but it seems to me maybe half of the price is the brand. Try for yourself, but I think there are better alternatives above in this thread (considering the price).

I don’t know really… maybe that Dancong looks interesting. But he has little apart from dark tea and puerh…

I have not, so can’t compare.. but I would place it with the top teas from those other shops mentioned it’s tempting to buy some more
