I guess clarity of tea would be how well it expresses flavors, how distinct and easy it will be to pick out one over the other(s), etc. In this case TXS yanchas do tend to be on the heavier roasted side. TSX is a breath of fresh air for online vendors, I'm starting to think that the really good quality teas in general are those tea-vendors who operate and ship their tea from china, hk or malaysia (eg.
