Recommended Aged/Bug Bitten Oolong Sources
Hello! I am currently looking to purchase some bug bitten and aged oolongs, as I have yet to try them. However, I have no idea of where I might go to find decent selections of either, and am unsure of whether some online shops are regarded as better than others regarding the quality of the product. ...

Yunnan Sourcing First Flush Dragonwell
Here's what I'm drinking this morning! This is Yunnan Sourcing's Imperial (their highest grade) First Flush dragonwell. It was harvested in March and has quite a few leaf hairs (mostly conglomerated into large fuzz balls). The picking is one bud and two leaves and is very consistent. This dragonwell...

Re: What Green Are You Drinking
I've never tried chocolate with tea; however, now that the idea's been introduced to me, I'm absolutely going to try it!

Re: Your First Teapot... show off!
Here's my first (and only) teapot! A high-fired, thin-walled benshan luni, 170mL. I use it for aged white teas, which I find work nicely with Yixing as they take higher temperatures to brew and have richer/deeper flavors.

Re: Hojo Tea
I've reached out to Artistic Nippon through Instagram because the inquiry form is giving me 404 errors and his email isn't available to view either. Do any of you have his email on hand? I'll have to ask him about products not listed on the website, which could be exciting! Kind of like a secret menu.

Re: Can't Contact Hojo Tea
Thanks everyone for the reference links and info! It's unfortunate that I'm not the only one this has happened to. I'll have to buy elsewhere then. At least Tachi Masaki sells his pots through other vendors as well, so it's not all bad!

Re: Introduce Yourself
Hello, one and all! My name is Benjamin T, and I'm a 19 year old college student who loves eastern tea culture! How long have you been drinking tea? - I've always drunk tea over the years, but it was the low quality store brand/teabag kind of stuff. I only discovered what I've heard described as "tr...

Can't Contact Hojo Tea
I've been interested in purchasing one of Hojo Tea's banko clay kyusu pots for some time now, and attempted to contact them through email in late June. I have received no response, even after sending a second email and trying to contact the company on Facebook as well. On Facebook through the messen...
