If this pot is really important to you and you can find local potters, you could ask them to make you a replacement. It probably won't be an exact match, but at least it would fit. I believe it is possible to brush out a mm with sanding paper , as potters do after firing ( when contractions messes up with lids ). i've never seen a place or service to get lids. i think your options are: get a new pot ask an artist acquire tools and skills to make a ceramic lid settle for making a simple lid with a focus on basic functionality for the last option, perhaps you could fashion a very basic lid out of sheet metal....

Doesn't really matter the type of tea. Physical activity, nutrition is more important and water (water not tea). The tea can help a very little percentage in this process.
