Re: What to brew when having a cold

I always thought it was white tea or puerh to get over an illness. I very rarely get sick now that I drink lots of tea. But I work part time at a tea store, so I drink an obnoxious amount of tea.

Re: Is it ok to leave tea in my jianshui pot overnight?

Ive left for less than 24 hours more than once, as long as you make sure to clean with boiling water after it should be no problem. And then let it dry completely.

Re: Aging puerh: what is your setup?

Food quality plastic container with a small glass of water just covering the bottom. I saw this set up on green tea guru's youtube feed and it seems easy, cheap and sensible.

Re: To rinse, or not to rinse.

Any tea older than about 3 or 4 years old and any ripe puerh I rinse. Really young sheng, I dont usually, especially if its really expensive. Or I rinse it and at least sip the rinse.
