Many thanks for the feedback! Just out of curiosity Bok, what would the red clay do in a situation of Gyokuro or Sencha brewing? I can’t tell you exactly what it does, just that for some reason greener teas come out quite balanced and emphasising certain aspects of it. If the teas are of not so goo...

Interesting to think about the red clay and it’s effects on the tea. I might have to redirect my path towards one of these.
